Experience that bridges strategy and implementation
I help charities plan well and get things done
Who I am
Hello, I am Sarah Pearce. I am a senior consultant for charities in the UK. My main goal is simple: to help your organisation do more good, in a better way.
My Experience
For over 25 years, I have worked with many different groups.
I have helped large national health charities.
I have supported small, local groups run by volunteers.
Because of this, I understand the big challenges faced by CEOs. I also understand the tight budgets and limited time of small local teams.
My Qualifications:
Law Degrees (LLM & LLB): I studied at the University of Kent. This gives me strong knowledge of laws, rules, and how to keep your charity safe.
I also trained as a nurse and worked for the NHS.
I have managed and negotiated contracts with the NHS.
Finance Training: I know how to manage money well. I make sure your plans are financially safe.
Specialist Skills: I have led organisations risk management, safeguarding (keeping people safe), and leading change.
How I work: I believe good charity work needs two things:
A clear plan for the future.
Strong systems to make it happen.
I work with your team, not just for you. I respect your culture and your values. But I will also ask questions to help you improve.
I am honest and open. I follow all data protection rules. I use secure, private email tools to keep your information safe.
